When to Clap:
The “Give a Clap” button is available only on the Event Page after the event date has passed, or immediately after a concert. This lets you vote based on the live performance you just witnessed.
Events remain active for 15 days after the show, giving you plenty of time to leave your Clap on BandClap.com — especially if you didn’t scan the QR code at the venu

Scan the QR codes displayed at the event venue using your mobile application to access the “Give a Clap” review system directly.
What You Are Rating:
You are rating the entire live event experience: the sound, the energy, the venue, and the band’s performance.
Crucial:
You must be signed in to give a Clap. This ensures that every vote is unique and authentic.

A. Event Score (The Applause): Each event receives its own rating, calculated by the average of all Claps and reviews left by attendees. This tells the community which specific gig was the most memorable!
B. Band Score (The Growth): Every single Clap given to any of a band’s events is permanently added to the Band’s profile score.
